Victory Performance Consulting was founded in 2009 by a former Disney leader with a passion for helping other leaders align values
and strategies, increase employee integrity and motivation, and drive organizational results.

talented consultants with expertise in performance needs analysis, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, communication,
and organizational ethics.
Founder and Principal Consultant Don Levonius was previously a senior leader with Disney University and led learning and development
for Disney security, transportation, and resort operations – including 24 resort hotels and over 200 gift shops and food locations.
Prior
to that Don managed loss prevention and investigations for a $500 million theme park operation, five distribution centers, and two
major retail chains.
In addition to leading Team Victory, Don speaks on topics related to ethics and leadership at conferences
nationwide, teaches organizational communication at the University of Central Florida, and is an instructor of behavioral ethics for
the Florida Attorney General’s Crime Prevention Training Institute.
